This is also true for those who work on land, but the performance of a ship's work can vary greatly depending on the crew assignment (combination of crew members). The biggest factor is the communication between the crew on board. In some cases, if this is not sufficient, the original ability of the seafarers will be x0.1 or so. On the other hand, if the communication is not good enough, the ability of the crew may be doubled or even tripled, and if the growth of each individual is taken into account, the performance may even be several times higher than that. We also take into account the compatibility of each person when deciding on the assignment.
Many seafarers find it fulfilling to be in an environment where they can grow and develop, and by being in an environment where they can play an active role, the return to the company as well as the seafarer can be significant.
